Katherine is a woman to admire! She has been through so much all by herself, and her situations always end up triumphant. She is working and studying full-time while raising her beautiful daughter Angelica, all alone. And when you are around her and Jelly (Todd's nickname for Angelica), they will constantly make you laugh. They are so sweet, friendly and inviting, that many of Todd and Claudia best memories are from times with them. In fact, Katherine was the first friend to witness the beginning of Todd and Claudia’s love story--during their unique second date salsa dancin' at the “Extravaganza” Club in Queens. We can't wait to see her and Jelly at the wedding!
